I've seen a few of you guys in the UK have mid mounted CF Bedfords so figured do one downunder. However forsee a few problems ... I'm going to run 350 mtr 350 turbo but to get the motor in the motor has to be right up by the handbrake - to have a driveshaft length of a foot (12 inches). Also because of the length of driveshaft 4 bars were suggested as leaf springs roll the diff (running 9in). Has anyone ever made up a "how-to" guide for mid mounting a V8 in a CF Beford? I understand the concept but a few things like radiator hoses (level of), fuel tank postition (need to be moved), chassis strength (need a space frame or use trans mount holes) etc etc ... Not doing it to race, just to be different as am building up a promotional van. Thanks Found a bit of a run down on fitting a ford power steering unit in a CF if anyone is interested www.bedford-cf.co.uk/powersteering.htm
